  It is mainly made of fixed body and the rotating body,ensure istallation and the adjust installation ,etc.

 

  1, a fixed body: jaw crusher fixed body are the main parts of the frame, frame manufacturing process : there are two kinds of medium carbon steel casting frame and steel plate welded frame. Welded machine frame is in the original cast were added based on a plurality of reinforcing ribs, and through strict quality control and specific process requirements, to achieve the same effect with casting frame. In order to prevent the rack the serious wearing of the side wall, in the crushing chamber is arranged on the left and right side guard plate, free replacement.

 

 2, the rotating body: by moving jaw, an eccentric shaft, bearing, pulley, etc., is a jaw crusher driving and bearing the main part.

 

 

a, the movable jaw by the movable jaw bracket and a movable jaw plate and other components, broken jaw moving jaw bracket using 35 # cast steel, and after quenching and tempering treatment.

 

b, broken jaw machine eccentric shafts by 45 # steel car ownership, and after quenching and tempering treatment.

d, jaw plates and fixed two, in order to improve crushing effect, surface using optimized tooth type, material used ZGMn13 with high hardness, wear resistance, good use effect characteristics.

 

  3, adjusting device: the device is used to adjust the discharge opening size, control of jaw crusher discharging granularity. I plant the jaw crusher adjusting mechanism has two forms: long wedge type and a top rod spacer, adjustment is convenient and flexible, can realize the stepless adjustment.
